Custom CRM development & migration

One customer record for your whole company — CRM built on BISE, migrated from Salesforce, HubSpot or spreadsheets, connected to your website and shop by API.

Services / CRM

Your customer exists five times. Let’s make it once.

The same person is a row in your shop, a contact in your email tool, an account in your CRM, a debtor in your accounting and a name in a spreadsheet. We build you a CRM on BISE where that person exists once — with every order, email, consent and conversation attached — and we migrate your existing records into it.

A CRM your team will actually use

A CRM your team will actually use

CRMs fail socially, not technically: the data lives somewhere else, so nobody trusts the record, so nobody maintains it. A BISE CRM is wired to where business happens — your website’s forms, your shop’s orders, your email campaigns — so the record updates itself. Your team reads it because it’s right.

What a CRM project includes

Migration from Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive — or from the spreadsheets nobody admits to

Duplicate handling with an audit trail: merged records keep their history

Segments built on live shop data: what people bought, not just what they clicked

Email campaigns and automated flows from the same customer record

GDPR done properly: consents recorded per purpose, exports and deletion on request

API connections to your existing website or webshop — BISE CRM works standalone too

Works with your site. Or replaces the stack around it.

Keep your current website and connect BISE as the CRM behind it, or take the full platform and retire three tools at once. Both are normal projects for us. Either way your marketing team gets segments that update themselves, your sales team gets one customer view, and your accountant stops reconciling exports.

Questions teams ask us

We’re on Salesforce/HubSpot. Why would we move?+

Usually one of three reasons: the per-seat bill grew past what the team uses, the CRM never connected properly to the shop, or the data quality collapsed. If none of those hurt yet, stay — we’ll still connect to it.

How does the migration handle our years of notes and history?+

Contacts, companies, deals, notes and activity history are migrated with their dates and owners. You review a sample set before we run the full import, and the full import produces a count-for-count report.

What does it cost to run?+

€200 or €1,000 a month — the CRM is part of the platform, not a paid module. No per-seat pricing: your whole company can use it.

One customer record. Finally.

Tell us where your customer data lives today — we’ll map the consolidation and quote it.
