How a phased migration actually runs
1. The audit. Two weeks. We map what you run, what it costs, and where the copies disagree — customers, products, stock, money. You get the map whether or not you continue.
2. First module live. We start where it hurts most — usually the shop or the CRM. It goes live connected to everything you kept: SAP, Business Central, Exact, Salesforce, HubSpot, your email tool.
3. Expand by choice. Each following phase retires another system, on your calendar. Some customers finish in a quarter, some take a year, some stop at two modules and stay happy.
Nothing big-bangs. The old systems run until each successor is proven — parallel operation, reconciliation reports, then cutover.
